Setup Guidelines - As Purchased for Flat Fee Implementation

Item Kronos Responsibility Customer Responsibility
Time and Labor Kronos will configure and implement Workforce Central Time and Labor module. It is the responsibility of the customer to participate in the assessment and provide all necessary setup data.
Accruals Kronos will configure and Implement the Workforce Central Accruals module. It is the responsibility of the customer to participate in the assessment and provide all necessary setup data.
Attendance Kronos will configure and Implement the Workforce Central Attendance module. It is the responsibility of the customer to participate in the assessment and provide all necessary setup data.
Leave Kronos will configure and Implement the Workforce Central Leave module. It is the responsibility of the customer to participate in the assessment and provide all necessary setup data
Human Resources Kronos will configure and implement Workforce Central Human Resources module. It is the responsibility of the customer to participate in the assessment, provide all necessary setup data, and complete data conversion templates
Payroll Kronos will configure and implement Workforce Central Payroll module. It is the responsibility of the customer to participate in the assessment, provide all necessary setup data, and complete data conversion templates
Clocks Kronos will configure up to 5 clocks and train the customer’s IT staff to replicate additional configurations. It is the responsibility of the customer to physically install/mount all clocks. It is the responsibility of the customer to configure/install additional clocks.
Network Kronos will provide specifications on recommended network settings to allow communications between the hosted environment and the clocks. It is the responsibility of the customer to configure their network to allow inbound and outbound communications to and from the clocks.  Specific ports/firewall settings may need to be modified to allow communications.
Employee import An employee import will be configured to pull employee based information into Workforce Central. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a file in a Kronos approved format for the import.
Accrual import An accrual import will be configured to pull accrual balances into Workforce Central. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a file in a Kronos approved format for the import.
Payroll export Kronos will provide a standard export file for Workforce Central. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide Kronos with the necessary import file specifications for their payroll software.
Training Kronos will provide administrative training session and manager training sessions for each software product purchased. Kronos will also provide access KnowledgePass learning portal Attend required training sessions and utilize KnowledgePass to keep your employees proficient using the system and preparing for upgrades.
Scheduler Kronos will configure and Implement the Workforce Central Scheduler module. It is the responsibility of the customer to participate in the assessment and provide all necessary setup data.
Activities Kronos will configure and Implement the Workforce Central Activities module. It is the responsibility of the customer to participate in the assessment and provide all necessary setup data.
Attestation Kronos will configure and Implement the Workforce Central Attestation module. It is the responsibility of the customer to participate in the assessment and provide all necessary setup data
