Any of these integrations can be added after your solution is live. However, by leveraging a special program through one of the nation’s leading providers, background checks, drug screening, and WOTC eligibility screening may be added either after your solution is live or at go live, with a little additional implementation time.
Background and Drug Screening
Integrating your Express hiring solution with a leading provider enables you to conduct background checks and drug screening faster and frees you from time-consuming, risk-filled tasks. Receive a simple pass, fail, or review notification according to your position-specific screening criteria. You can initiate these screenings right from your Kronos hiring management console.
Work Opportunity Tax Credit
Employers who hire WOTC-qualified employees could receive a tax credit during an employee’s first year. By including the Kronos selected vendor integration, you will be able to maximize this opportunity by utilizing screening questions during the application process. This WOTC integration will allow you to:
- Collect candidate WOTC data during the job application
- Receive qualification results quickly, allowing hiring managers to process the provided forms for eligible hires quickly and efficiently
- Receive all the necessary paperwork within your Kronos hiring management console
