• Your employer manages the app. The HCMToGo app is managed by your employer. This means that your employer decides how you use and access the app. So, look to your supervisor or company administrator for questions about the mobile app including login information and connectivity challenges.
• Understand what your Company Shortname is. You’ll need this 7-digit number in order to access the app. Not sure what that number is? Your company administrator can help you out.
