Kronos Workforce Ready Hypercare Program

The Kronos Workforce Ready Hypercare Program provides the proactive coaching and support you need for optimized results. We partner with your team — empowering you to perform basic troubleshooting, daily processing, and system configuration — to ease your transition to our standard support model. That way, your organization is prepared to hit the ground running for a strong start and early success.

Support Plans

Our Standard Support Plan is designed to help you stay current with product news and industry trends, as well as software and legislative updates. In addition, it provides access to the comprehensive tools and information you need to diagnose and resolve issues — quickly and efficiently — for optimal productivity and greater value

Kronos Equipment Support Services provides options for Kronos device exchange, repair, or software maintenance. These services are designed to keep your time clock software current and/or to minimize disruption to your business in the event of time clock malfunction.
