Keep your professional certifications current by attending classes and seminars available through our professional affiliations. We're affiliated with the same organizations you are, so our courses can help you meet your professional goals. In many cases, Kronos® Education courses qualify for recertification credits.
APA members may receive recertification credit hours through select Kronos courses, as outlined within the CPP or FPC sections of the Application Handbook for Candidates. A recertification credit hour equals one hour of classroom contact. The individual holding the CPP or FPC designation should retain the certificate of completion from the course and the course agenda in the recertification file folder that the American Payroll Association has provided.
The HRIP certification exam is designed to assess the knowledge and competencies of professionals in the HR information management field. Passing the exam is only one part of the certification process. In order to maintain certification, a total of 60 recertification credit hours are required during the 3 year period starting from the date the certification is granted.
