Calling all HR and payroll professionals looking to spice up their summer. Do you have a dry schedule or extra downtime during the summer months? Consider watching our latest eSymposium on HR and payroll. It’s a great opportunity, but I thought you might have a few questions about it. Here are the answers!

So, what is it?

The HR and Payroll eSymposium is a series of on-demand webinars for HR and payroll professionals. For every session attended, you can receive credit towards SHRM, HRCI, and/or APA certifications. Kronos will send the certificate of credit upon completion. Just make sure to answer some interactive polling questions during the session!

And what will I learn?

There are three different tracks offered during the eSymposium: Payroll, Human Resources, and Workforce Management. Each track contains five different sessions (however, there are some sessions that may overlap within different tracks) that range from an hour to an hour and a half. You can either pick one track to complete or bounce around between all three.

The best thing about these sessions? Since they are all on demand, sessions can be viewed on your own time and in any order you see fit. Watch them all in one sitting or finish a couple and complete the rest later. It’s up to you!

Ok, you have my attention. Why is the eSymposium beneficial?

Our HR and Payroll eSymposium is chock-full of sessions from well-versed, qualified professionals. Handouts are available to pair with each speaker’s presentation, and you can also access the presentation slides after the session has concluded.

Can I connect with other eSymposium attendees?

Yes! Make sure to take full advantage of our Lounge! Visit the Lounge to ask questions to presenters or to hear from other HR and payroll professionals who have also attended. Share your thoughts, ideas, and comments on each session in the Lounge as well.

There are sessions for everyone. Learn about several HR trends and predictions for 2019 and new updates to payroll compliance. Also, hear from Kronos CEO Aron Ain on employee engagement and establishing an environment where everyone wants to work. It was hands down my favorite session and a definite must-see. You won’t be disappointed!
