Workforce MattersWe’re excited to announce your fresh and fun Workforce Matters customer newsletter experience! If you currently receive Workforce Matters, then you likely already saw the bright, shiny, new email in your inbox. Do you like??

The most obvious enhancement from the previous newsletter is the new, engaging design. Colors are brighter, content is laid out in a more consumable manner, and images are used more strategically to create an improved reader experience.

Here is one of our versions pictured left! In an effort to deliver the right information to the right people, we create and distribute varying versions of the newsletter depending on your product and your role. But overall, here are some of the highlights all recipients will experience:

In this issue of Workforce Matters – We know many of you scan the newsletter when it comes in and make a note of what you want to read later. We’ve tried to make that a bit easier with the addition of this section. Check out the contents at the top for a glimpse of what’s featured.

Recommended Content – Information selected for you by your customer marketing managers, Holly and Adria.

Did You Know – Who doesn’t love fun facts? This section will feature interesting or thought-provoking statistics about workforce management, human capital management, Kronos products, and other relevant topics.

Articles – Discover good-to-know info and geek out on tips and tricks related to your Kronos solution.

Join the Conversation – Find links to the Kronos Community, where you can connect with customers like you, and the Kronos Bloggers page on, where you can get the latest expert opinions.

As an aside, I want to extend a huge thank you to those who responded to our feedback survey this past spring. We heard you, and we listened. Workforce Matters will now be delivered quarterly, rather than monthly. We hope you'll be eager for the next issue to come!
