The worst trick anyone has ever tried to play on me happened not on April Fool’s day, but on a cold December afternoon at recess on my elementary school playground. “I triple dog dare you to stick your tongue out and touch that pole,” snickered a classmate after I told him I’d never seen A Christmas Story. Common sense raised a red flag, so the story ends here. Fortunately.

Flash forward to present day December. Brad Nycz, customer success manager, has a few tricks up his sleeve. But they’re valuable, time-saving tips rather than deceiving playground stunts. Brad’s webinar, Adopting the new Workforce Ready Experience, is the first in a series for Workforce Ready customers called Tips, Tricks, and Techniques for Staying the Course.

Brad offers an interesting point of view, having experience on both sides of the coin. Before joining Kronos, he was a customer himself! His insight into the customer perspective coupled with his involvement in three successful Workforce Ready implementations during his time at Kronos positions Brad as a uniquely valuable resource.

I spoke with Workforce Ready customer marketing manager Holly Bouffard who gave me a behind the scenes look at the webinar content earlier last week. Here’s one tip from Brad’s list of adoption best practice insights that I can share with you now:

Start with your administrators and set them up with the new interface early on in your adoption process. Give them ample time and opportunity to test before taking the next steps.

Why? Register for the webinar on Thursday, December 20th from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. ET. to find out!

In addition to change management best practices, Brad will also dive into tips for turning on the new experience and discuss techniques for rolling it out. Head to the registration page to secure your spot.
