The worst trick anyone has ever tried to play on me happened not on April Fool’s day, but on a cold December afternoon at recess on my elementary school playground. “I triple dog dare you to stick your tongue out and touch that pole,” snickered a classmate after I told him I’d never seen A Christmas Story. Common sense raised a red flag, so the story ends here. Fortunately.
Flash forward to present day December. Brad Nycz, customer success manager, has a few tricks up his sleeve. But they’re valuable, time-saving tips rather than deceiving playground stunts. Start with your administrators and set them up with the new interface early on in your adoption process. Give them ample time and opportunity to test before taking the next steps.
