- Control managers’ access to pay codes that your Kronos system can calculate for you
- Limit managers’ access to their own timecards to prevent the possibility of less-than-honest activity
- Set up ALL employees to submit time off through Kronos to ensure accrual balances are automatically and accurately recorded for exempt employees once the time is used
