That’s right, UKG Works! Did you read about the recent unveiling of Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG)? We’re so excited to wrap our new, unified look and feel around our highly anticipated annual conference for legacy Kronos customers.
We will miss seeing all your faces and meeting in person, but this year’s event will still offer the education, training, and networking you look forward to each November. Yes, it will be different, but the digital UKG Works experience offers perks that haven’t been options in the past. No travel costs, no registration fees, and the chance to totally immerse yourself in sessions about your solutions from wherever you’re most comfortable. All you need is your computer or tablet, the internet, a mind that’s ready to learn, and your beverage of choice for inspiration.
What to expect at UKG Works

Q: When can I register for UKG Works?
A: You can register today. Follow the link above to the registration site.
Q: How many days is UKG Works?
A: UKG Works will be two days — November 18 and 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET.
Q: What if I register but can’t make it November 18 and 19? Will sessions be available on demand?
A: Yes. You will be able to replay many of the sessions after the conference. The sessions you cannot replay will be noted.
Q: So what I’ve heard is true? You’re telling me I don’t have to pay to attend UKG Works?
A: Exactly. The online keynote and sessions will be complimentary. Budget isn’t a concern for this year’s digital conference.
Q: What sessions are available?
A: There will be session tracks for the Workforce Central®, Workforce Dimensions™, Workforce Ready®, and TeleStaff™ suite audiences as well as tracks for general business and healthcare. We are also offering several on-demand sessions, which you can watch as soon as the event opens. Check out the agenda to learn more about tracks and sessions.
Q: In the past, I’ve earned professional development credits. Can I still earn them this year?
A: Of course! In fact, there is an HR accreditation track to make it super easy to find the accreditation-eligible sessions we are offering. Find them here.
Q: Will there still be a customer appreciation event?
