Question: Where and how can I receive notifications for my Workforce Dimensions solution? 


Here at Kronos, it is our job to provide you with the necessary tools to ensure you are getting the most out of your solution. Luckily for you, we have a couple of different methods and tricks to set you up for success when it comes to receiving communications for Workforce Dimensions.

Join the Workforce Dimensions Community group

To get you started, the first thing you will want to do is join the Workforce Dimensions Community group. Here, you can connect with peers and Kronos experts and gain important insight into your Workforce Dimensions solution. Once you have joined this group, it is also important for you to turn on your notifications setting to ensure you are not missing out on any new or important news. You can do this by logging in to the Kronos Community and following the steps below. 

Step 1: Click the GROUPS tab on the Community homepage.

Step 2: Search for the Workforce Dimensions group on the GROUPS page and select Workforce Dimensions.

Step 3: Once taken to the Workforce Dimensions group, select the Join Group button.

Step 4: To turn on notifications for this group, click the Manage Notifications button. A pop up will appear. Here you can select how often you would like to receive notifications for this group.

Opt-in to Workforce Dimensions Trust Site Notifications

Our second suggestion or tip for you is opting into Workforce Dimensions Trust Site notifications. Your Trust Site is also found in the Kronos Community. I’ll walk you through how to get to it.

Step 1: Click on the PRODUCT RESOURCES & CASES tab on the Community homepage. A drop-down menu will appear. Select Workforce Dimensions.

Step 2: Once on the Workforce Dimensions product recourses page, select the Workforce Dimensions Trust Site link on the right-hand side of your screen. 

Please note: The Trust Site is only accessible to Workforce Dimensions customers. If you are not a Workforce Dimensions customer, you will not be able to see the Trust Site link or access the site.

Step 3: You have officially made it to your Trust Site, YAY! To get you set up to receive Trust Site email notifications and alerts, you will want to click the orange CLICK HERE TO SUBSCRIBE TO EMAILS button.

Step 4: Check off the boxes to opt-in to receive communications regarding maintenance, announcements, and incidents.

Opting into these notifications can be vital to your success. I am sure we are all on the same page when I say being out of the loop or feeling lost is never a good feeling.
