This year’s Kronos Community Superusers have been selected and the results are in! Congratulations to:
|Matt Sorrell||Radha Yanala|
|Kevin Black||Zahara Dakroub|
|David Jonsen||Rob Stevenson|
|Ankur Manav||Bill Wight|
A special thanks to each of you for your exceptional presence in the Kronos Community.
“The Superusers are the core of our tight-knit community,” said Community Director Leo Daley. “They are extremely valuable resources for all members in the Community because they possess such a wealth of knowledge and experience about Kronos products – and they share that knowledge and experience selflessly.”
The Kronos Community Superuser program highlights outstanding customers in the Kronos Community for being active responders, solvers, teachers, curators, helpers, etc. As Leo suggests, the Community is a better place because of the role Superusers play in shaping it as a place where members can learn not only from Kronos employees but from other customers just like them.
Community Manager Melissa Spinella also commented on the importance of Superuser participation in the Community:
“Our 2019 Kronos Community Superusers were extremely active by answering questions, providing value to other members, and regularly sharing information that impacts their peers. I’m happy to see a number of new faces this year that all went above and beyond to collaborate and make a difference. Our Superusers are the heart of the Community, and we are extremely appreciative of the role they play to make the Community the powerful resource that it is.”
Since its inception in July 2018, the Community Superuser recognition program has rewarded over 150 members for modeling positive behavior. Matt, Kevin, David, Ankur, Radha, Zahara, Rob, and Bill have each exhibited some, or even all, of the Community Superuser behaviors to be selected for this year’s list.
Find them at KronosWorks!
Each will enjoy a few perks on us as a thank you for everything they’ve done. The incentives include a complimentary pass to our KronosWorks customer conference in Las Vegas and an invitation to the special customer advocacy events put on there by the Kronos Insiders program.
If you’ll be in Vegas for the big event, join the Superusers for a special Kronos Community panel session where they will discuss tips on how to use the Community as a key resource to become a product expert.
Thanks again to all of this year's Kronos Community Superusers for helping to make the Community a place where members can get the answers they need and build the connections they’re looking for. It thrives largely because of you!
