Partner Success Manager (PSM)

  • Dedicated PSM’s serve as a single point of contact for all partners’ needs and are readily available by phone or email to help. They also provide partners with demo support and best practices in all areas of the Workforce Ready platform and the HCM industry. At a minimum, partners receive weekly communications from their PSM’s around new product updates and other important Kronos news.

Learning Management System

  • Partners have 24/7 access to an online training portal where they’re able to brush up on existing knowledge or learn about recent product enhancements and new releases before they happen. And the training system is a great way for partners’ employees to get up to speed faster and more efficiently.

Second-tier client support

  • For partners who may need extra assistance with a more complex client case, Kronos’ second-tier client support is on standby when they need it. Complex issues are escalated to a support expert who works quickly to resolve them.

In addition to round-the-clock training and support, Kronos also offers an annual Partner Community Workshop – the largest HCM provider event of its kind - where the Workforce Ready partner community comes together in person for a three-day event, hosting over 40 educational sessions and hands-on workshops with Kronos staff to further enhance their product and industry knowledge.

Another way we support our partners’ journey and help them grow their business is through their sales and marketing efforts.

Partners can take advantage of the Customer Case Study Program where a customized case study is created for them from start to finish, including client interviews. This is a great way to showcase their HCM offering and unique customer support from the most trusted source – their clients. A Thought Leadership Webinar Program offers partners the opportunity to invite prospects and clients to an exclusive monthly webinar where they’ll learn the latest in workforce management and industry best practices. And partners looking to bulk up their marketing efforts or polish their marketing skills can consult with the Kronos Partner Marketing team who provides strategy and assistance on an as-needed basis. Just one more way we help grow our partners’ businesses.
