With your own Partner Success Manager, you have one point of contact (meaning one direct line) to call for anything Kronos related. Their entire job is based around making you a successful Workforce Ready reseller. That means they’ll keep you up to date on product developments, new marketing materials and programs, upcoming educational webinars, and training sessions. Need help with billing or have a product question? This can all be handled through your Partner Success Manager.
You’ll also receive weekly communication emails from them to keep you informed of the latest happenings at Kronos. Also, you can set up time to consult with them on how to better win in your market. Partners love that they have a committed resource from Kronos on their side.
