The past few weeks have challenged all of us in new and different ways. From adjusting to virtual work to ensuring we're doing all we can to protect the health and wellness of our loved ones, I think we can all agree that this new normal is unlike anything we've experienced before.

While the times are trying for all of us, it pays to remember we're a resilient bunch. And as HR professionals, we have the unique ability to pass that knowledge on to others at our organizations. Whether it's through a quick check-in conversation, a new resource page with tips for virtual work, or even just letting people know we're there for them, we have so many options for helping bring out the strength in everyone we interact with.
