Since we believe that great businesses are powered by great people, Kronos empowers organizations in every industry worldwide to adopt a people-centered technology and leadership strategy, enabling and empowering the workforce in ways never before possible. But to deliver the exceptional value that our customers expect starts with strong partnerships. For example, Kronos is working on creating API-based business integrations with Workday for both Workforce Dimensions and Workforce Central.

Our commitment to innovation and collaboration means we partner with select vendors to bring you even more powerful solutions. That’s because we realize organizations sometimes rely on many enterprise applications to process payroll, run compliance reports, manage employee records, administer open enrollment, recruit talent, or otherwise support business planning. We enable labor data and other critical information to get from one application to another because, at the end of the day, it’s all about empowering our customers to make accurately informed HR- and people-related decisions to drive their business forward.

Speaking at Workday Rising on a panel session titled, “Human Capital Management for Your Entire Workforce,” representatives from CHEP, KeyBank, and Pfizer will discuss how they have optimized performance and mitigated compliance risk using a highly configurable and extensible integration from Kronos that merges industry-leading workforce management innovations with Workday.

This customer panel – taking place Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019, from 2:30-3:30 p.m. at Workday Rising in Orlando – will highlight three gold-standard examples of leaders who have embraced the future of work, adapted to the changing technology and employment landscape, and come out on top.

As industry principal for the logistics practice at Kronos, I’ll be moderating the discussion with human resources (HR) thought leaders from manufacturing, financial service, and distribution industries – all of whom have direct experience implementing modern processes for the future of work. Stacey Kruse, director of global HR systems at CHEP, a Brambles company; Sue Arnold, HR operations service delivery manager at KeyBank; and Neil Thole, director of HR global solutions delivery at Pfizer, have been tapped to share practical expertise with Workday Rising attendees.
