Providing universal access for employees and managers

Kronos is dedicated to improving the accessibility of our products and creating a new and better user experience for all users. As we continue to enhance our products, we are looking for ways to increase our accessibility that are in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG). For example, enhancements to Workforce Tablet allow Workforce Central users with visual impairments to use Kronos solutions more effectively, with the native assistive technology of iOS, including VoiceOver (VO), Zoom, and Invert Colors.

Supporting universal use in our solutions is an evolving process that will continue to employ new technologies and techniques as they become available. In working toward universal accessibility, Kronos is partnering with The Paciello Group (TPG), a leading expert in the field of implementing accessible user experiences in web applications and mobile apps.

In addition to supporting Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, Kronos is also working to conform with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (W3C/WCAG), which will harmonize with the Section 508 refresh.
