Accreditation

Partners are required to become accredited under the KCPP in order to qualify to receive the benefits associated with their applicable classifications.

KCPP accreditation demonstrates to our mutual customer base not only that our partners are authorized but also that they are trained on the Kronos® product offerings and technical solutions.

Training

Helping to grow your level of experience with the Kronos family of products

All Partners will be required to complete a comprehensive set of training programs for each applicable Kronos product set. Partners with pre-existing knowledge and experience with Kronos products will have the ability to "test-out" of product set training requirements upon the successful demonstration of the Partner’s ability to complete an entire configuration of a sandbox customer.

Partners will have access to unlimited Kronos instructor-led training (for up to 10 partner employees per course) from the Kronos Internal Training organization. Access is also granted to third party courses offered by Kronos Internal Training. Third party courses are not covered under the partner program fee; attendees to these courses will be charged the then current Kronos rate. Third party courses are not required to maintain your Kronos Connect Partner Program accreditation.
