Susan Rossnick is vice president of engineering at Kronos. In this role, Rossnick is responsible for bringing to life breakthrough innovation and services that enable customers to more effectively run their day-to-day operations. Under her leadership and continual motivation to offer unmatched solutions for Kronos customers, the company delivered its game-changing, cloud solution, Workforce Dimensions, as well as a host of cloud enterprise workforce applications. In total, she oversees a global product engineering organization of more than 1,000 people in global centers of excellence located in Canada, India, eastern Europe, and the United States.
Before stepping into her current role at Kronos, Rossnick held a variety of leadership positions within the company, including vice president of product management.
Rossnick was no stranger to software development and product strategy when she joined Kronos in 1997. For 13 years, she worked for Siemens Medical Systems as a manager of product, services, and research and development, where she was involved in the early research and development of MRI scanners.
Rossnick earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in computer science from Rutgers University, and has also attended management training at Stanford University’s Executive Institute. She serves as president of the board of directors for the Baypath Humane Society of Hopkinton.
