As president, Chris Todd oversees all global revenue generating functions at Kronos, including sales, marketing, professional services, customer success, and renewals. Todd’s motivation is to deliver a world-class customer experience every day to all 30,000 of Kronos’ customers across more than 100 countries.
Before being promoted to president, Todd was senior vice president of operations and chief services officer, where he oversaw global customer operations in the delivery of Kronos’ industry-leading workforce management and human capital management solutions. In his operational role, Todd was responsible for information technology, legal, procurement, and facilities.
Since joining Kronos in 2007, Todd has played an integral role in accelerating the company’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) strategy while driving a focus on positive customer outcomes. Kronos now has well over 20,000 SaaS customers worldwide, across all industries – retail, healthcare, manufacturing, public sector, and services and distribution – and has developed innovative methods to deliver successful customer results and track overall customer health.
Prior to joining Kronos, Todd was a member of the executive team at Blackbaud, overseeing worldwide sales, as well as operations in the United Kingdom and Australia. During his tenure at Blackbaud, the company tripled in size. Earlier in his career, Todd worked at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Co. and the investment bank S.G.Warburg & Co. He is currently on the Executive Board of the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA).
Todd holds a juris doctor from Yale Law School and a bachelor’s degree in history and government from Harvard University.
