As vice president of product management, Bill Bartow is responsible for formulating and implementing strategies for Kronos workforce management cloud solutions. With an emphasis on delivering a breakthrough employee experience and unprecedented levels of operational insight, Bartow is a driving force behind the next-generation Workforce Dimensions solution. He brings his passion for reimagining markets and driving new and innovative product strategies to the entire Kronos product suite.

During his tenure, Bartow has played a critical role in countless product initiatives, such as the introduction of Workforce Dimensions and shaping the Kronos cloud strategy, enabling thousands of Workforce Central customers to seamlessly migrate to the cloud. In addition to focusing keenly on the customer experience, Bartow has been critical in bringing to life the visionary cloud capabilities that supports the first fully-responsive user interface in workforce management, including seamless automation, embedded analytics, real-time data analysis, mobile workforce, and advanced forecasting.

When Bartow joined Kronos in 2009, he brought with him an impressive track record of building and growing disruptive companies. He previously served as vice president of marketing, product management, and engineering organizations at companies including Netegrity (acquired by Computer Associates), Powersoft (acquired by Sybase), and Tizor Systems (acquired by Netezza). Before that, he also held positions at Digital Equipment, Lotus Development, and Progress Software.

Bartow holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
