Cancellation

If Partner must cancel attendance for an Educational Services course, every effort will be made to reschedule the class as soon as possible. However, there may be a waiting period before the next class is offered. If you cannot attend class, please notify the Kronos corporate office in Lowell, MA by calling toll free at 888-293-5549.

For any public class two days or less in length

Attendees must cancel at least five business days before the class start date to avoid cancellation fees (equal to the cost of the course). Student substitutions can be made at any time as long as prerequisites have been met.

For any public class three days or greater in length

Attendees must cancel at least ten business days before the class start date to avoid cancellation fees (equal to the cost of the course). Student substitutions can be made at any time as long as prerequisites have been met.

If the Partner has requested a private class for its employees on-site

Attendees must cancel at least fifteen business days before the class start date to avoid cancellation fees (equal to the cost of the course). Student substitutions can be made at any time as long as prerequisites have been met.

Kronos reserves the right to cancel classes up to 5 business days before the scheduled start date due to lack of enrollment or any other unforeseen circumstances.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any Kronos training class you attended, please contact your local Kronos office or email at [email protected] within ten (10) business days of that class so we can take the appropriate steps necessary to ensure your satisfaction.
