- Review our website. We provide a wealth of information on our products, services, global locations, and executive team. This will help you better understand what we do, how we do it, and the leaders who guide us to success.
- Tell us about yourself. That’s not always an easy thing to do, we know. But don’t be shy about sharing your experiences and showing us your true personality. We want to know how and why your skills and background make you a fit for the job and our culture at Kronos.
- Expect to meet a few team members. Sure, you’ll meet the hiring manager and be expected to answer role-specific questions. But you might also be introduced to a few other Kronites in various departments as well as team members you might work with. Right fit is important to us — in both role and culture. We want to get it right.
