About the Speaker
Julie Develin, MSHRD, SHRM-SCP, former HR practitioner, and Kronos® human capital management (HCM) strategy consultant, is no stranger to the value HCM technology brings to streamlining and enhancing the employee experience. Prior to joining Kronos, she was the VP of HR and professional development at Target Community and Educational Services, Inc. leading HR initiatives that earned three SHRM When Work Works awards. In addition, Julie is the co-coordinator of the Human Resources Development Graduate Program at McDaniel College, where she has been an adjunct professor since 2008, and continues her long-standing involvement in her local SHRM chapters.
