The city of Houston, Texas selected the Kronos time and attendance, employee scheduling, workforce analytics, and absence management solutions for 24,000 employees.
The Kronos solution is integrated with the city’s ERP Payroll system, thus extending the value of its ERP investment.
The solution spans all of the departments of the city — from administration and regulatory affairs to airports, convention and entertainment facilities, finance, fire, police, and other areas.
The project’s results include greater visibility, improved accuracy, enhanced tracking, and improved compliance.
