Kronos Signs Agreement to Acquire API Healthcare
CHELMSFORD, Mass., Feb. 7, 2011 — Kronos Incorporated today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire API Healthcare Corporation from Francisco Partners. Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
