Kronos® Forms Alliance with eQuest to Provide Customers with Faster, More Strategic Recruiting

SAN DIEGO SHRM Annual Conference June 29, 2010 Kronos® Incorporated today announced it has integrated its hiring solution with the eQuest job posting distributor to enable organizations to automatically post jobs to multiple career boards for faster, targeted, and more strategic recruiting.

  • Integration of the Kronos hiring solution with eQuest's job distributor allows hiring managers and recruiters to conveniently manage all aspects of the Internet job posting process from the Kronos hiring solution. Hiring managers and recruiters can post, edit, delete, and track jobs without having to leave the Kronos environment.
  • eQuest eliminates the need for manual posting to multiple job sites such as Monster and Careerbuilder, as well as to social networks such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, which will save organizations time and money.
  • The integrated solution also provides recruiters and hiring managers with automatic alerts when job posting inventory is low so that specific hiring needs don’t slip off the radar screen.
