Kronos Formally Terminates Agreement to Acquire API Healthcare
CHELMSFORD, Mass., April 28, 2011 — Kronos Incorporated today announced that it has formally terminated its previously announced agreement to acquire API Healthcare Corporation from Francisco Partners.
