Jamba Juice to Present at National Retail Federation (NRF) 2011 on Benefits of Using Kronos^® for Workforce Management

Kronos^® Incorporated customer Jamba Juice, will present a BIG !dea interactive session at NRF on how workforce management technology can help reduce labor costs, optimize schedules, and improve customer service. With access to real-time data with Kronos for Retail, Jamba Juice is able to ensure that employees are in the store at the right time to meet customer demand. Robert Notte, vice president, Information Technology, Jamba Juice Company, will discuss how automation is helping them manage constantly changing labor laws – especially in California – and will offer tips for managing labor.
