Fifth Third Bancorp Selects Kronos
CHELMSFORD, Mass., April 27, 2011 — Fifth Third Bancorp, one of the largest banks in the U.S., selected an end-to-end workforce management suite from Kronos Incorporated for all 21,000 employees across 12 states. The integrated Kronos® solutions will help the bank better manage labor costs, reduce compliance risk, and provide enhanced labor data analytics.

- Fifth Third selected the time and attendance, employee scheduling, absence management, and workforce analytics solutions from Kronos to completely automate critical workforce business processes across the entire enterprise. The real-time visibility into labor data will provide more control over decisions and enable pre-emptive action, enabling better scheduling and utilization of resources.
- Fifth Third selected Kronos after a thorough evaluation of competing products. Kronos was chosen because of its proven success with large-scale implementations involving complex workforces. Fifth Third will be using Kronos throughout the entire company.
