City of Enid Selects Comprehensive Kronos Solution

CHELMSFORD, Mass., Dec. 6, 2011 — The City of Enid in Oklahoma has selected a comprehensive workforce management solution from Kronos Incorporated to control labor costs, minimize compliance risk, and improve workforce productivity.

• The City of Enid selected the time and attendance, employee scheduling, absence management, and TeleStaff^™ public safety scheduling solutions from Kronos^®. As labor costs represent one of the largest controllable expenses for local governments, Kronos was selected to automate processes to help achieve real-time visibility and control over labor-related decisions.  
• Prior to Kronos, the city used manual workforce management processes. Through accuracy in timekeeping and payroll processing, the City of Enid expects to achieve a rapid return on investment.
