- Mark Milliron, deputy director of higher education for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and chief executive officer of Catalyze Learning International
- Dr. Tim Porter-O'Grady, senior partner, Tim Porter-O'Grady Associates, Inc.; associate professor, leadership scholar, Arizona State University; visiting scholar, University of Maryland
- The new board members join the following existing members bringing the total number of board members to 11:
