With more than 300 stores and 20,000 sales associates, iconic retailer Ralph Lauren needed an integrated workforce management solution to manage its large workforce. In addition, Ralph Lauren needed a solution that would help deliver and maintain the distinct customer experience associated with its brands. Mark Wales, senior director of workforce management at Ralph Lauren, will discuss how Kronos solutions — including time and attendance, forecasting, and scheduling — are allowing the retailer to provide the unique experiences that its customers have come to expect for each of its brands.
