Custom reports around schedule effectiveness will offer managers visibility into the state of scheduling in real time enabling them to make preemptive changes before costly issues arise including over-and-under staffing; overtime; and missed meal and other breaks.
  • The completely automated and streamlined reporting will free managers to spend more time on running their operations. Employees will benefit from the user-friendly interface and self-service features including the ability to make schedule changes online.
  • With the current version, Bob’s Stores will also leverage the seamless integration between Workforce Central and the engineered labor standards solution StandardsPro® for Retail from Accenture (previously H.B. Maynard).
