Certification

Partners are required to become certified under the KCPP in order to qualify to receive the benefits associated with their applicable classifications.

KCPP certification demonstrates to our mutual customer base not only that our partners are authorized but also that they are trained on the Kronos product offerings and technical solutions.

Elite Partners, Preferred Partners, Solution Advisers, and Consulting Partners are eligible for Silver, Gold, or Platinum Certification, while Technology Partners are eligible for Technology Certification. Certification levels reflect the breadth of a partner’s selling and technology skills and are classified according to the following criteria:

	Silver Certification Partners with Silver Certification are able to sell the Workforce Timekeeper™ and Workforce Absence Manager™ applications and Kronos terminals and/or implement as well as provide Level I and II support, if applicable, for these products.
	Gold Certification Partners with Gold Certification have been trained on one additional product set in addition to the above Silver Certification level requirements.
	Platinum Certification Partners with Platinum Certification have been trained on two or more additional product sets in addition to the above Silver Certification level requirements.
	Technology Certification This certification level allows Technology Partners to sell, implement, and support a certified Kronos interface and/or complementary product.
