Partner Welcome Kit

Upon completion and execution of the applicable partner agreement, each partner will receive a program welcome kit. The kit includes an overview of certification requirements and program benefits, information on how to access the Kronos Connect Partner Portal, and other information to help partners make the most of their new relationship with Kronos.

All current partners are listed under the appropriate partner program and tier in the partner directory section of the Kronos corporate website.

Sales and Technical Training and Certification

Kronos provides complete sales and technical training certification for all partner levels, using on-site, instructor-led, and online formats. Sales training includes courses related to solution messaging, product benefits, presentation, and demos. Technical training includes courses related to implementation, configuration, and integration of Kronos product offerings.

Partner Webinars/Webcasts

Kronos partners will be provided with opportunities to attend webinars and view webcasts to help their sales and technical staff members sharpen skills and enhance their knowledge of Kronos products and programs.

Product Briefings

Kronos provides periodic updates about Kronos products to keep our partners informed of recent product changes, updates on product positioning, and other valuable information.

Partner Advisory Council (PAC)

Kronos extends invitations to select partners to participate in its PAC. This is an opportunity for participating partners to gain insight into the strategic direction of Kronos products, and provides a forum to offer input on the future direction of Kronos products and solutions.

All Kronos Connect partners will be provided with access to the Kronos Connect Partner Portal, the primary source for tools and resources online.
