Workforce Analytics™ transforms data with predefined data extraction routines — fully supported by Kronos — for Workforce Central^® modules like Workforce Timekeeper™, Workforce Scheduler™, or Workforce Activities™.

The proven Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process incorporates the Workforce Central security model to keep information secure, and is fully supported by Kronos, to ensure compatibility and performance if either Workforce Central or Workforce Analytics are updated. You can add information from other business applications, like financial, sales, production, or service data — allowing alignment and analysis of workforce performance with business results.

Organizing information, transforming it to insight

The Workforce Analytics multidimensional data mart is a best-practice analysis platform, distinctly separate from the Workforce Central transaction database, for rapid response of deep queries or complex reports.

The data is organized into “cubes” of like information to enable rapid analysis and drill-down through the hierarchy of organized data.  Each cube correlates to a particular category of analysis: absenteeism, overtime, labor cost, etc. The cubes contain predefined answers to thousands of potential questions – empowering you to answer “why”, not just see “what.”

Delivering information to users

Workforce Analytics’ web-based dashboard publishes Key Performance Indicators, performance results, labor costs, and recent trends. With integrated Workforce Central security, organizations gain a consistent view of workforce performance, from the managers on the floor to the senior executive.

Workforce Analytics also provides 29 predefined data-analysis views, which provide managers with a structured approach to identifying root causes behind issues, and relationships among performance categories like Overtime, Absenteeism, Productivity, or Scheduling.
