Additional training fees are in addition to the conference registration fee. Pre-conference courses are offered on Saturday and Sunday. Individual days will not be sold.
Conference registration fee includes:
- All conference sessions. Pre-conference training and education workshops are priced separately and are in addition to the conference registration fee.
- Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday Receptions*
- Breakfasts, Lunches, and Breaks (Monday–Wednesday)
- Admission to the conference exposition

Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by Sunday, August 23, 2009. Cancellations received after Sunday, August 23, 2009 or no-shows are subject to full payment. Substitutions are permitted prior to the conference.
