Kronos is looking for an experienced, innovative, strategic Sales Executive.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for selected enterprise accounts to fulfill his quarterly and annual revenue target. The Sales Executive reports to the Sales Director of Kronos China Enterprise Sales Team and may be based out of our Beijing or Shanghai offices.
Specific Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and determine named accounts, prepare and develop account plans.
- Develop and maintain an accurate and timely documented pipeline and sales forecast.
- Execute the development, assessment and review of all sales cycles and proposals.
- Achieve the company and personal quarterly and annual sales revenue quota.
- Follow up and achieve company quarterly and annual business plan and strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments for marketing, pre-sales support and client satisfaction.
- Respond actively and sensitively to the needs of the customers. Build trust and creditability with the customers.
- Respond willingly to changes in procedures, processes, technologies, responsibilities, assignments, schedules. In addition to rapid schedule changes, travel is required.
- Follow up the company processes and policies.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- 5+ year sales experience in selling into large enterprises with comprehensive understanding of customer businesses.
- 2+ years experience consistently achieving, preferably exceeding sales quotas as an individual sales contributor.
- Sales experience should include selling to high end complex enterprise application or service product, with experience selling to "C" level executives
- With solid and formal sales training background, well understanding and acceptance of adopting sales methodologies such as Strategic Selling or Target Account Selling.
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise application software market in Mainland China.
- Strong domain knowledge and experiences of Human Capital Management will be a nice to have asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced and lean environment.
