Kronos philanthropic efforts focus primarily on passionately supporting development of the next-generation workforce. Kronos provides financial and community involvement support to global and local non-profit organizations that offer educational and developmental opportunities, such as:

Junior Achievement, a global organization that empowers young people worldwide by offering experiential, hands-on programs to students.

Citizen’s School, a nationwide organization which promotes student achievement, transforms schools and re-imagines education in America by partnering with middle schools to expand the learning day for children in low-income communities.

UMass Lowell – Future Engineers Center, a provider of informal education programs in Massachusetts devoted to inspiring children to act like scientists and to think like engineers.
In addition to our commitment to developing the next-generation workforce, Kronos also provides charitable donations to regional non-profit organizations such as Lazarus House, a non-profit organization that helps the homeless and nearly homeless by offering hot meals, temporary shelter, job training, childcare, and clothing; Merrimack Valley Food Bank, a community-supported non-profit organization that provides nutritious food and personal care items to feeding programs for the homeless and hungry; and Toys for Tots, an organization dedicated to deliver toys and a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.
