Kronos Training Services consist of a full range of courses for each of our products. All courses include extensive hands-on practice and learning exercises. And we've structured our courses by employee job role, so that your employees can develop the skills directly related to their performance.

Flexibility is the key

From Internet-based classes to customised instruction and more, you can choose the medium that works best for your organisation:

• Traditional classroom instruction
  Our traditional classes are offered locally and regionally. They are delivered by certified instructors and feature hands-on practice that mirrors tasks performed back at your office.
• Virtual classroom
  Internet-based training conducted by a certified Kronos instructor is delivered to your desktop. There are audio links between the instructor and participants.
• Customisation
  Using your own terminology and system configuration, Kronos can train your employees with customised courses.
• Train-the-Trainer
  Our trainers can also hold a "Train-the-Trainer" course. This course is for 1–2 days and will focus on the fundamentals of the Kronos system. Then for a period of 5–10 days (depending on the product) the course will focus on the product. This will allow those trained to use the knowledge gained and train other staff within your own organisation.
