Support Services

A broad range of offerings help you protect your investment in Kronos hardware and software. We will provide hardware support onsite or off-site through our Depot Repair operation. For software, we offer help desk services. Some of our service features include:

  • coverage from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding bank holidays
  • response time for hardware from four hours to next business day
