Service Options for Badge and Biometric Terminal Devices


Depot Exchange

With our premium service option, Kronos sends a replacement unit on an advance exchange basis – a speedy response to your emergency. You report the faulty terminal to your Kronos Support Services group and if we can’t resolve the issue remotely, we’ll send you a replacement unit in exchange for the malfunctioning unit. This service includes access to equipment service packs/firmware updates available on the Support page on the Kronos customer portal.

Depot Repair

Depot Repair is a cost-effective maintenance service to help ensure continuity of your equipment. It assumes you hold a small stock of replacement units and have the capability to swap out faulty terminals. You report the faulty terminal to your Kronos Support Services group and we will first make an attempt to resolve the issue remotely. If we can’t, then you send it back to us for repair. We’ll ship the repaired terminal to you within 10 working days of receipt at Kronos. A replacement unit is NOT provided. This service includes access to equipment service packs/firmware updates available on the Support page on the Kronos customer portal.
