Manager Onboarding Training Toolkit — To assist you with the challenges of manager onboarding, KnowledgePass PRO delivers a comprehensive manager training solution. This toolkit empowers managers and their organizations with a low-cost solution to deploy basic Kronos skills training, and includes:
- Manager Tutorial — an interactive learning tool that highlights the most common tasks
- Getting Started Guides — printable takeaways for learners to keep at their workspace
- Knowledge Assessment — measures how well participants have learned the concepts presented in the KnowledgePass topics library
Reporting — KnowledgePass PRO provides access to detailed reports you can use to monitor and measure learning activity in your organization. The reports include information such as individual learner activity, group activity, and current and future course registration. Reports can be exported to popular formats for customization.
- My KnowledgePass Activity — This report shows a log of each piece of content that a particular learner has accessed. This report may be run by the individual (individual details only) or by management for any selected individual.
- All KnowledgePass Activity for My Organization — This reports lists each time any individual in an organization launches any KnowledgePass content. Details include content name, individual name, and date.
- Kronos Training Activity Report for My Organization — Historical report of all education activity outside of KnowledgePass. Displays listing of who has attended courses and who is registered for courses.
Assessment and Certificate — By completing a web-based, role-specific assessment, participants will be able to gauge their competency on the KnowledgePass content that supports their daily tasks. Participants will then be able to print a certificate to document their mastery of the skills learned.
