Workforce Connect™
Workforce Connect is an easy-to-use, flexible data integration tool that efficiently interfaces Kronos' products with other critical business applications. It uses proven technologies to transfer data to and from Workforce Central®, Timekeeper Central®, and other critical business applications, such as payroll, ERP systems, and human resources management system (HRMS) solutions.

Kronos can configure and maintain your integration, or if preferred, your own IS staff can do so. Workforce Connect is site-configurable, enabling your technology-savvy users to access interface setup and editing functions. Using Workforce Connect, your own IS staff or other authorized users can easily make modifications to your interface configuration.
The following features of Workforce Connect provide optimum interface flexibility, functionality, and ease of use:
- Parameter-driven interface editor: Users can modify interface configurations using simple drop-down menus, without re-programming code.
- Two modes of operation: Run-time mode allows users to run interfaces and make minor modifications without entering configuration screens. Password-protected Admin mode is for authorized technical users only.
- A variety of data conversion options: Workforce Connect interfaces automatically convert source data from your Kronos system into the formats specified by your other business system(s).
- Preprogrammed for Kronos systems: The Workforce Connect interface editor has been engineered with native intelligence of Kronos’ Workforce Central and Timekeeper Central databases for faster, more efficient interface configuration and maintenance.
- Reporting: Reports include a Last Run summary, Last Output file, and a Link Configuration report that offers details on interface configuration such as the name of each record in the output, its source, and a description of any relevant conversion processes.
Workforce Connect is intended to be used on the same computers that run payroll and time and attendance systems.
