Crotched Mountain Selects Kronos® to Balance Overtime Management and Quality Care
Nonprofit automates workforce processes to control labor costs and improve productivity

CHELMSFORD, Mass., Feb. 9, 2009 — Crotched Mountain Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Greenfield, N.H., which offers health, rehabilitation, and educational services for individuals with disabilities, selected Kronos® Incorporated to improve productivity by managing overtime and other labor-related costs to further enhance the quality of patient care it delivers. Kronos will help the organization achieve these objectives by providing greater visibility into the labor performance of a wide variety of staff and by the full automation of workforce management processes including time and attendance and scheduling of Crotched Mountain's 900 employees across multiple campuses.

Crotched Mountain selected Kronos to replace its previous timekeeping system after evaluating competing products and reviewing enthusiastic recommendations of Kronos from several chief information officers of area hospitals and other healthcare providers.
