Kronos iSeries History
Kronos iSeries History lets you analyze your workforce's historical time and labor data. It allows you to identify labor trends, resolve labor disputes, verify wage inquiries, address EEOC inquiries, deliver more thorough performance reviews.
Part of the Kronos iSeries Central suite, Kronos iSeries History improves overall data management. It reduces risks and saves time and money while empowering your IS department to focus on key strategic initiatives. It also does the following:
- Automates system archiving and database management
- Enhances the performance of your Kronos iSeries Central production database
- Provides easy access to archived data and reporting options via historical reporting
- Allows you to access historical records, pull them back, and edit these records while maintaining an audit trail of changes made
Authorized users can make inquiries based on time ranges or employee records to review, edit, and manage labor data in past pay periods. The complete reporting options included in Kronos iSeries History allow managers to spot historical labor trends and better manage labor resources.
Kronos administrators use the system to access archived records and can schedule runs at a specified time such as off-peak times for historical reporting. Data can remain on the iSeries server or be backed up to media and purged.
