Kronos Cafeteria Module
The Kronos Cafeteria Control application was developed to control cafeteria access with Kronos bar-code readers that provide reliable and timely information, which ensures employees receive the proper charges for their cafeteria purchases and cafeteria suppliers receive payment for their services.
This software allows you to create different discount and payment policies for cafeteria services based on employee and other consumer profiles, such as visitors, contractors, etc. The software also allows users to visualize each worker's designated services on a screen or generate six different types of reports with the following information:
- Cafeteria entries per employee
- Menus
- Employee and total service discounts
- Amount to be paid to the cafeteria licensee
- Terminal registries
- Totals by cost centers (department, area, manager's office, etc.)
- Summary of the total number of meals per employee
- Number of meals per day
- Daily repetitions
- Meals consumed in overtime shifts
This product is compatible with the Kronos Timekeeper Central® solution and Workforce Central® suite and can be used to import employee information and cost center data. The Kronos readers communicate through a communications module with TCP/IP protocols in a LAN network with MODEM or RS485 serial connections.
This version can be used as an unlimited multi-user system (with registry blockings) for concurrent users. It works in a centralized environment installed on a data server and shared through direct client accesses. This program is recommended for companies up to 3500 employees and ten users, based on its local environment application.
