General information
The exhibitor event within KronosWorks is your best opportunity to showcase your products and services, enhance your organization's image, and receive direct access to Kronos' customer attendees.

Standard exhibit space: $2,500
Includes:
- 10x10 carpeted exhibit space

- 50-word listing in program guide
- (4) exhibitor badges (exhibitor badges do provide access to the Monday opening session and Tuesday morning keynote)

- (1) 6' draped counter

Space assignments
The exposition will be held at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Space assignment will be on a first-come, first-served basis; chosen by the exhibitor once balance is paid.
Exposition service manual
An exhibitor's kit will be sent out electronically in August. It will provide you with the show services offered and the shipping address for all exhibit materials. Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship material due date
- Company logo in high-resolution EPS format for the program guide and JPEG format for the website — due upon registration. Email file to kronosworksexpo@kronos.com

Material review
Kronos reserves the right to review all exhibitor applications and promotional materials. Kronos may prohibit any organization from exhibiting if the organization's products and services do not directly meet the needs of Kronos attendees. Kronos will have final approval of all artwork, logos, and production proofs before final production of promotional pieces.
Restrictions
Kronos maintains that exhibitors cannot exhibit or display any products or services that are in direct competition with Kronos products or services. Kronos reserves the right to reject any Exhibitor Agreement and return payment. Acceptance is contingent on Kronos review and approval.
Conference Pass
Discounted conference pass - $1,250
Exhibitors will be offered a discounted conference pass that provides access to all conference sessions and meals, including Tuesday night's special event. This pass is $1,000.00 and can be reserved when registering for your exhibit space.
Includes:
- Fees for sessions, excluding Kronos TechKnowledgy pre-conference courses and Education Workshops
- Admission to the Conference Exposition
- Breakfasts, lunches, and breaks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Admission to Sunday evening welcome reception
- Admission to Monday evening's Exposition reception
- Admission to Tuesday evening's private party
Attendees are responsible for lodging and transportation expenses.
