Enterprise Workforce Solutions Consultant

Location: Beijing

Position Summary:
Provide presales, multi-vertical industry expertise in support of national sales activities including large enterprise accounts and strategic opportunities. Assist in RFP responses, presales discovery calls, solutions presentations and follow-up on open issues. Contribute to the training of existing presales resources in order to expand the coverage of solution sales opportunities. Work with Professional Service teams and assist in the explanation and knowledge transfer of presales discovery information, presentation content and proposed solutions to the implementation team.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Area sales teams and other presales resources (i.e., Solution Center), providing multi-vertical industry expertise, product expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with the Area sales people during the prospect needs analysis phase to assist in uncovering and clearly identifying prospect's critical business issues. Engage appropriate professional service teams to estimate professional services for the solution proposal.
  • Prepare and deliver customized solution presentations of Kronos' Labor Management and Scheduling solutions based on the needs analysis phase and the prospect's critical business issues.
  • Provide clear, concise follow-up information addressing any outstanding issues unveiled as a result of the solution presentation.
  • Clearly articulate prospect's business issues, needs and proposed solutions. Transfer this knowledge of the prospect environment to professional service teams.

This position requires the ability to understand new concepts and complex procedures and to logically analyze those procedures to identify potential problem areas.

Education and/or Experience:
A minimum of 10–12 years of related experience. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in a presales, solution-focused role, combined with at least 5 years of related work with a business software provider. Candidates should possess an understanding of the strategic sales cycle and sales techniques as well as strong presentation skills. BS or equivalent experience required. Experience using an automated labor management, HRMS and/or payroll software package is essential.

Other Qualifications:
Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills are required as well as good interpersonal and organizational skills. Candidates must be confident and comfortable presenting business solutions to a C-level audience. This position requires close cooperation with prospect, customers, sales personnel, software quality assurance engineers, technical writers, hardware and software engineers, product marketing personnel, service personnel, technical support personnel and management.

Enterprise Sales Executive

Location: Shanghai and Beijing

Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning and Strategy
  • Manage the account planning and strategy process including development, review, management approval (Kronos and customer) establishing goals, objectives, and strategies and assigning tactics, resources and timeframes in the form of a written Account Plan.
  • Working collaboratively with the assigned Account's, their partners and the Kronos Team, facilitate the development of evaluation and implementation plans that will meet the defined needs and requirements of the customer/prospect.
  • Evaluate new Kronos solution offerings (Products, Resources and Expertise) on an ongoing basis and recommend as appropriate to supplement the customer's/prospect's initial investment is Kronos and create additional levels of value.
  • Position Kronos to win sales opportunities by developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific value propositions.
  • Maintain an accurate, timely and documented pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to Kronos management.

Account Management And Customer Engagement

  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of Power Base Selling Methodology.
  • Grow each new sale into a strong reference for Kronos.
  • Build trust and credibility with customers throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle
  • Establish realistic expectations with all contacts within assigned Accounts, based on a clear understanding of their business drivers, value expectations, business case and ROI assumptions.
  • Utilizing the virtual resources of Kronos, establish trusted advisor relationships with customer executives across functional/divisional/regional areas in the account that will provide the foundation for future business opportunities, strategic references and ongoing accurate account information.
  • Manage contracts and agreements within assigned accounts to ensure that consistent expectations are being established and communicated appropriately.

Education and Experience:

  • Proven sales track record required as well as demonstrated and recognized ability to coach, lead and create value for other virtual team members.
  • Consultative selling experience is also required, preferably in a team-based customer engagement process.
  • Previous success in handling large transactions, and projects over lengthy discovery, evaluation and implementation periods in a fast-paced and competitive market.
  • Experience with Power Base Selling Methodology or similar program desired.
  • 5–7 years with proven experience selling enterprise software solutions at the C level.
  • Experience with Enterprise sales to the business side of an organization including operations, finance and IT is required.
  • Experience with Healthcare or selling Healthcare software would be a plus. Experience with any labor, HR or Payroll experience would also be a plus.
  • Consistently exceeded a $1 Million + quota.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Technical Consultant

Location: Beijing

Key Responsibilities:
The Technical Consultant (TC) is responsible for the technical supporting, deliver technical service and provide technical solution during the sales cycle and implementation cycle of Kronos projects. The TC will offer the first aid support when technical issue encountered. TC will deliver service to customer when required. TC is responsible to help sales team to finalize technical solution in term of technical proposal. The TC may work in somewhat complex technical environments requiring a multi-product solution (UNIX, NT, Oracle, MS-SQL, for example).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years relative experience
  • 2+ years as a technical consultant
  • Proven experience on Oracle Database administrating
  • Knowledge with network maintenance based on UNIX or NT+
  • The skill of Java will be appreciated
  • Experience with the implementation challenges associated with Network environments
  • Demonstrated communication skills — written and verbal
  • Ability and willingness to travel up 50–75% regionally

Application Consultant — Retail Industry

Location: Shanghai and Beijing

Key Responsibilities:
The Application Consultant (AC) is responsible for implementing Kronos solutions into client environments. The AC will utilize the defined implementation process and efficiently manage the client and internal resources to meet the established milestones, ensuring targeted completion dates are achieved. The AC may work in somewhat complex technical environments requiring a multi-product solution (Operation Management, Scheduling), as well as product integration, and/or custom solutions. AC candidates are required to have experience with Kronos or competitive products, providing some domain expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years implementing HR/Payroll or ERP solutions in a retail environment
  • Experience with multiple PC operating systems and PC application software
  • Experience in the utilization of Oracle & SQL relational databases
  • Experience with the implementation challenges associated with Network environments
  • Demonstrated communication skills - English written and verbal
